It is one of the best vantage points to view the peaks - from the Langtang to Everest; the peaks seem no more than a day's walk away. The sunset and sunrise view over the Himalayan panorama from Nagarkot is a memory of lifetime for many.
Pokhara, with its lakes, Himalayan views and mellow climate, is one of the most delightful place in the country. It is located 200 kms away from Kathmandu and is the second largest city of Nepal.
Chitwan National park, situated in the tropical Terai region, close to the borders with India, This tropical national park is the home of rhinos, different species of deer, crocodile, leopard, Bengal tiger, peacock, wild cow, wild boar and a great number of bird species. Two weeks holiday in Nepal with Mission Eco-Trek
My wife and I took a 2 week tour in Nepal with Mission Eco-Trek in Feb 2011 and had a fantastic time. Mission Eco-Trek provided the very highest caliber guides and Ram Kumar (the proprietor) personally made sure that everything went smoothly. When storms caused our original flights to be cancelled and then cancelled for a second time, he graciously accommodated our changes at no extra cost. The cost was reasonable and the services provided were exceptional -even beyond what we had expected from the contract....
